OUR PHILOSOPHY
The CRE8 association was created in 2016 but its origins go back much further. For a few years now, CRE8 has organized international meetings for young people with less mobility opportunities and has developed training in intercultural learning for field workers in the socio-educational and cultural fields.
Thanks to the development of a local network, in particular with youth centers, high schools, ADEM colleges, a large number of local associations, youth groups and CRE8 lobbies has become a recognized structure in the implementation in place of youth exchanges and in the training of actors of international mobility in Luxembourg.
The projects carried out during these years, in particular through European programs, have enabled CRE8 to build its actions on the basis of stable and quality local and international partnerships.
We consider that the international mobility of young people is today essential. It can be a real tool for local social development and professional and social integration of young people.
the added value of educational mobility is now widely recognized: it enables young generations to acquire new personal, social, intercultural and professional skills which promote their employability.
We organize international meetings for young people and field workers in the socio-educational and cultural fields. All of our projects are based on the concept of intercultural learning for the development of participants' intercultural skills.

VOLUNTEERING
We know that volunteering is strongly influenced by the history, politics and culture of a community and a country, but you can help change the tradition and boost volunteering in Europe. You might even be taking part in voluntary activities without even realising it: lending a hand at your local sports club, helping out an elderly member of your community or picking up litter in the forest or on the beach. In fact, sports and outdoor activities are the main volunteering sectors in Europe, followed by education, arts and music or cultural associations.

TRAINING
One of the objectives of our training is in particular to encourage the emergence and development of projects aimed at young people. Our seminars allow participants to train, among other things, in intercultural animation, but also to meet and create links. As a result, several international youth exchange projects were born following our various training seminars, and we have developed our regional and local network of partners.

YOUTH EXCHANGE
Throughout the year, we offer several phases of meetings for young people, in different countries, with various themes.
Intercultural youth exchanges target groups of 18 to 30 year-olds, mostly from lower-income neighborhoods. We are looking for a mix of gender as well as social, to create a certain diversity within the same group.
Become a participant!
The CRE8 association was created in 2016 and its philosophy is close to this quote. Since a few years now, CRE8 organizes international meetings for young people, develops training courses in intercultural learning for actors in the socio-educational and cultural field and, above all, develops local actions thanks to its international partnerships. .
